What we collect
When you submit our inquiry questionnaire we collect your name, phone, email, optional ZIP code, and what you share about your dog, your home, timing and portrait preferences. We also record campaign information from the link you arrived on (such as UTM tags or an ad click ID) so we know which outreach is helpful.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation and provide your portrait experience. Inquiries are stored in our private studio client-management system. Scheduling is handled by Acuity Scheduling. If you separately opt in, we may send occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your information.
Advertising cookies (Meta)
Only if you accept advertising cookies, this site loads the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits and inquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to improve who sees them. Data shared can include pages viewed, the fact an inquiry was submitted, browser and device information and cookie identifiers. If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded. We record your choice, when you made it and which notice you saw.
Your choices
You can withdraw advertising consent at any time through Cookie settings, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or ask us to access or delete your information by contacting the studio.
